Managing user subscriptions

Listing subscriptions
----------------------

Send a GET request to ``https://pushitgood.eu/v1/users/<uid>/subscriptions`` to
list a users subscriptions. Send your client id and apikey using HTTP basic
authentication. Example usage with curl:

Removing subscriptions
----------------------

To delete a user's subscription, call the listed delete link. Again, you must
authenticate with HTTP basic authentication:

This endpoint returns an empty response (HTTP status 204) to indicate success,
or a 404 if the subscription does not exist.
